Iarnrod Eireann is offering a combined train and bus transfer for visitors to the National Ploughing Championships 2013. The event is expected to attract up to 190,000 visitors to Ratheniska Laois from September 24 to 26.
Special inclusive train and bus fares will apply from most major stations to bus transfer points at Portarlington, Portlaoise and Athy.
A return service from Galway and Mayo will be available for the price of €35. Services from the South West, Cork, Kerry Limerick and Clare are priced at €33. Services from Dublin are €22 and Waterford €21.
