Irish farmers attending this year’s Farm Tractor and Machinery Trade Association (FTMTA) Grass and Muck show will get their first look at New Holland’s new T5 and T6 tractors, the company has announced.
Farmers at this year’s event will also be able to view a selection of other machinery from the manufacturer.
New Holland’s grass harvesting demonstration plot will showcase some of its newest and most innovative machinery, including T5.120 and T6.145 tractors from the new T5 and T6 ranges, which launched in April.
The tractor ranges feature new engines to meet Tier 4B emissions regulations and the manufacturer has said that they incorporate a host of new features designed to boost comfort, efficiency and productivity.
The new tractors will be unveiled to visitors in the morning of Thursday May 12, with a walk-around presentation by New Holland product specialists.
This may also be the first opportunity for Irish farmers to see New Holland’s new FR650 Forager Cruiser and T7.190 tractor in action since their launch at Agritechnica 2015.
For those interested in assessing baling machinery, New Holland’s RB150 Roll Belt baler will be working on the grass plots.
The company’s stand will feature static displays of machinery including; the LM6.35 Elite telehandler, BB1290 Big Baler, and the new T7.315 Heavy Duty Tractor.
Furthermore, New Holland’s W170c wheel loader, part of its construction equipment range, will be demonstrating its strengths and skills for silage clamp work at the event’s loading demo area.
Mark Crosby, New Holland’s T5 and T6 tractor product specialist, said that New Holland is delighted to be showcasing its latest range of machinery at the FTMTA, particularly the new T5 and T6 tractors.
“We look forward to welcoming visitors to our stand and giving them a chance to see our machinery in action in the demonstration areas.”
