A John Deere tractor was among the items stolen from a housing development site in Faversham earlier this month.
Kent Police said officers are investigating the theft of plant equipment from the site.
The John Deere tractor and a Harley power rake were stolen from a “secure compound” off Brogdale Road in Faversham.
The thefts are believed to have happened overnight between Friday, December 8 and Saturday, December 9.
Police said the vehicles were taken along Brogdale Road, through a bridal path and towards Vicarage Lane.

Somerset cattle theft
Avon and Somerset Police’s rural crime team is investigating the theft of cattle from the West Compton area of Shepton Mallet.
The force said the theft occurred between 8:00p.m on December 9 and 10:00a.m on December 10.
Avon and Somerset Police rural crime team said: “The animals were a mix of Herefords and Angus, black, black and white, red and white and some mixed spotted breeds.
