Rural land and property specialist GSC Grays has welcomed Anna Simpson and Annabel Swiers to its team.
Anna Simpson joins the GSC Grays team as head of environment and sustainability, bringing her expertise in environmental policies and farming to offer practical solutions for clients.
Annabel Swiers, a rural associate, has a wide range of experience in property management, landlord and tenant issues, agency, and planning, the property specialist said.
Managing director of GSC Grays, Guy Coggrave, said: “This is an exciting and challenging phase of expansion for GSC Grays.

“Anna and Annabel will help us achieve this, and we are thrilled to have them on board. We now have over 130 staff working from nine offices, covering an area from Nottingham to the Scottish Borders.”
Anna Simpson
Anna Simpson has managed environmental projects in both the public and private sectors, focusing on integrated supply chains.
She has worked with farming groups, collaborated with key stakeholders, and engaged with communities to promote sustainable practices.
Her previous roles with the National Farmers’ Union (NFU) and the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) involved shaping sustainable land-use policies and driving adaptation efforts.
Annabel Swiers
Annabel Swiers is a rural practice chartered surveyor with experience managing private estates in Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, and Cambridgeshire.
She also has experience working with institutions and charities.
She specialises in estate management and will also support junior GSC Grays colleagues as a line manager, RICS APC supervisor, and RICS APC counsellor.
