The National Sheep Association (NSA) has said its live breakfast club this summer will platform discussions on topical issues facing sheep farmers in Britain today.
This will be the association’s first live breakfast club, and it will take place at NSA Sheep2024 on Tuesday, July 30, at the Three Counties Showground, Malvern, Worcestershire.
The NSA said the event’s seminar will be the ideal opportunity to hear from those confirmed as responsible for future farming policy decisions.
NSA has representatives from all the main political parties committed to attending NSA Sheep 2024 and prepared to take part in NSA Breakfast Club in the event of them winning the election.
NSA chief executive Phil Stocker comments: “NSA is looking forward to welcoming key political influencers and government decision makers to NSA Sheep 2024 this July and in typical NSA style, we will not shy away from ensuring the issues affecting the sector are top of the list of discussion topics.”

Other seminars at NSA Sheep 2024 will include the launch of the new NSA sustainability report, ‘Sheep; Planetary problem or sustainability saviour’, and a discussion on ‘Navigating agricultural business reform with positivity’.
The final seminar of the day ‘Driving markets and trade opportunities’ will see the NSA joined by representatives from North Wales’ Rhug Estate, AHDB and Red Tractor to focus on the outlook for the future sheepmeat market.
Chief Executive of Red Tractor Assurance, Jim Moseley, will join the seminar.
