John Deere has a tight grasp on the new tractor market in the UK.
Figures released by the AEA (Agricultural Engineers Association) show that it had a 27.9% share of the market in 2016 – the most recent full year for which detailed data can be published (due to EU regulations).
2016 brand-by-brand market share figures were reasonably similar to those of the previous year (2015).
Figures for 2017 will be published in early 2019.
