Heavy rainfall continues to cause significant damage to farms across the country.
RTE today posted on its facebook page incredible footage of the damage done to one farm yard in Peterswell in South Galway.
According to Met Eireann, more heavy rain is expected on Monday and Wednesday of next week. A rainfall warning for further rain today over Munster and Leinster is set to be lifted later this evening. Worst affected today is Dublin, Carlow, Kilkenny, Wexford, Wicklow, Cork, Kerry and Waterford.
Met Eireann says a further 15 to 25 mm of rain will fall today (Saturday), with the heaviest of the rain expected on high ground.

Outlook
According to the latest Met Eireann forecast tomorrow, Sunday will start cold and frosty over much of the country with some bright spells and frost will soon clear as cloud begins to thicken from the southwest.
It will be mostly dry for much of the day but a band of light rain or drizzle will move northward during the afternoon.
On Monday, it says heavy rain extending across the country through the day in strong southerly winds. The rain gradually clearing from the west in the afternoon with most parts of the country dry by evening.
Tuesday will see some places dry for the morning, but more heavy rain spreading eastwards during the day, Met Eireann says. Further outbreaks of heavy rain are expected overnight on Tuesday
Met Eireann says Wednesday will see very wet weather again with heavy rain falling over all parts of the country.
